The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and stylish, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast options are also impressive, with an extensive menu available.

I must mention that there seems to be a lack of communication between the reception and restaurant staff.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, across from a beautiful park. Being within the free tram zone made it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The staff were exceptional, providing top-notch service and always with a smile. They were extremely helpful and accommodating, even upgrading our room when we had some minor issues. The room itself was clean, modern, and cozy, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel also offered excellent dining options and a range of leisure facilities to enjoy. we were impressed with the quality and comfort this place provided.

We loved the pillow menu and friendly staff. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. The hotel's location next to Victoria Market was convenient for grabbing food. The lobby had luggage scales, ramp access, water station, and comfortable seating. The staff quickly resolved any issues and the WiFi was fast.

During my recent stay at the Radisson, I was delighted to find that the hotel is conveniently located near the Victoria Markets. It was so convenient to be able to walk there and explore the fresh produce and local crafts. We were disappointed with the tired decor, as well as the lack of windows that could open for fresh air in the room. the water bottles advertised as complimentary were only for members, not made clear upfront.

The bar staff were fantastic, providing excellent customer service and making delicious coffees. The hotel graciously upgraded us upon check-in, adding a special touch to our weekend wedding celebration. The comfortable beds and good pillows ensured a restful stay.

I had a great time at this hotel! The location was perfect - right in the center of everything and so easy to get around with the free tram zone. The staff were amazing, always friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, including a mini-bar and sitting area. I particularly enjoyed the terrace and garden furniture - it was lovely to relax outside in the sunshine. The dining restaurant was great too, with a fantastic buffet breakfast and special diet menus.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and efficient, and the room wasvery comfy and tidy. I particularly appreciated the little extras like the universal adapter and the water station with lemon in the gym. The location was perfect, with great transport links and a beautiful park outside. I loved being able to see possums in the evenings! Plus, the hotel was close to the market and in the city center.
